In a world where the pace of life dictates a constant chase, and young people often feel torn between cultures, countries, and expectations, places are emerging that halt this rush, providing space for reflection, development, and genuine human connection. One such place is the Academy of Young Polish Leaders and Ambassadors.

This initiative is organised by the School of Leadership in Warsaw. This year's second edition brought together thirty young Poles from all over the world. In August, I had the pleasure of being part of this extraordinary programme, and I can say with full conviction: these few days have changed not only my perspective on leadership, but also on the great power of community and cooperation.

On the very first day I felt accepted, even though I was surrounded by a group of people I hadn't known before. The organisers created an atmosphere full of openness and respect, and this allowed us to talk about what really matters from the very beginning. One of the most valuable experiences was the circle sessions.

Imagine a room where no one stands above anyone else. We all sit in a circle, on the same level. Symbolically and physically. There's immense power in this simple form. Every voice matters, every story counts. Circles quickly became...
