After the official meeting, MP Marek Rząsa agreed to give an interview in which he shares his thoughts on the role of the younger generation of Poles abroad, cooperation with the diaspora and the importance of ties with the homeland, regardless of where one lives.
Ms Zahorska: Honourable Member, during our meeting you mentioned that it is very important to involve young Poles abroad in social life. Does this mean that this involvement is becoming increasingly visible?
Member of Parliament Marek Rząsa: By profession, I am a teacher, and years of working with young people have made me realise how important their social engagement, civic awareness, and sense of agency are. It is young people who add freshness, dynamism, and… to the intergenerational Polonia.
