How do I order a subscription?
Visit our shop. You can purchase a subscription 24/7. You will receive order confirmations at your e-mail address.
What are the available payment methods?
The order can be paid for by traditional bank transfer or online via a payment gateway, or by card. If you choose traditional bank transfer, you will receive the transfer details in the order summary.
How do I change the delivery address for my subscription?
You can change the delivery address by contacting Customer Service using the contact form above.
From which issue will my subscription start?
The subscription is available for the given year (e.g. 2026) and begins with the first issue of that year, covering all issues of our journal published within that year.
I don't remember my password or I haven't received the email.
If you don't remember your existing login details or can't find the password reset link that was sent, use the "Remind me of my password" option by clicking "I've forgotten my password" on the login form.
I have changed my email address and I cannot access the old one.
