A new era in the process of healing and healthcare
I am a nurse with many years of experience. My professional journey began in the oncology ward, where I learned not only professional patient care but also something much deeper – observing the strength of the human mind in the healing process. I saw how differently patients underwent treatment depending on their mental attitude. Some lost hope, while others moved forward with determination – and it was these individuals who often recovered faster.
Over time, I also worked in internal medicine and palliative care wards, and for the past few years, I have been working in the recovery room of the operating theatre. Each of these places showed me different facets of medicine, but also increasingly highlighted its shortcomings. I witnessed life-saving procedures, but at the same time, I missed a holistic perspective – an approach to the person as a unity of body, mind, and spirit.
At the same time, for over 20 years I have been following a path of personal and spiritual development. I have learned and practised various techniques – from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), through hypnosis, Hellinger constellations, to tantra school.
I am a Bowen therapist, I practise Access Consciousness, breathing sessions and meditations. These experiences have taught me that true health and healing begin from within, not just by taking a pill.
