Let's be honest: running a business in Ireland isn't a romantic film! It's more of a comedy with elements of drama, starring a Polish woman battling the rain, wind (which blows from above and below), and... a hundred forms from the Local Enterprise Office to get a grant!
Let's set aside the myths about waking up at five in the morning, morning yoga, and the perfect daily schedule for a moment. The real Super Girl in business isn't the one on Instagram with filters. A Polish entrepreneur in Ireland is a true hero!

What's our superpower?

What we do, after three sleepless nights. Yesterday we sat up until morning, and today at eight in the morning we're already sorting out the chaos in the office (or in the home study, which is also the living room and bedroom at the same time!). And despite everything, we find the strength within ourselves to keep going. Because we, Polish women, have this built-in engine that runs on enthusiasm and determination.

We also have the courage to say „no”. The client wants it „yesterday”, and we know that means running on fumes. True power is saying „no” and looking after ourselves. Because our business is only as strong as we are! Remember that before you completely run out of battery!

And what about complaining? We might complain about the weather (especially when living in the Wild West of Ireland, i.e. Co. Mayo like me), but instead, we learn our lessons! We put on our „rose-tinted glasses” and move forward, or… we go away for years to warmer islands for sun, which...
