Homework could wait, and in fact it had to, because the girl spent lazy weekends like this mostly browsing social media.

Embracing a handsome guy against the backdrop of a new car he'd received from his parents as an eighteenth birthday present. For all those years, they'd been in the same class at St. George's Primary School. Even though they were now at different schools, they still kept in good contact. Karolina stared at the photo for a long time. She knew that behind Nicol's boyfriend's kind smile, there was something more.
