Kasia Forest: For years, on our channel, we've been telling the stories of Poles in Ireland – stories of adaptation, success, and challenges. Today, we'll focus on a unique group: entrepreneurial Polish women on the Emerald Isle, who are bravely building their businesses here. These stories are the subject of a fascinating research project: Femigration. Enterprising Polish women in Ireland. This is an initiative designed to capture the driving force and creativity of Polish women living abroad.
Who can best tell us about the progress of this research? You have already had successful projects in Italy and Norway. What made you decide to focus on Ireland specifically after those experiences?
